Brittany Cormier is a graduating senior at Framingham State University with a major in Studio Art, concentration in Graphic Design, and with minors in Art History and Business Administration. Along with graphic design, Brittany is also passionate about creating work with acrylic and oil paints, pastels, marker, pencil and sculpture that can be viewed here and manual photography that can be viewed here.

While  maintaining a 4.0 GPA, Brittany is an Associate Editor for The Gatepost, the weekly independent student newspaper. She is also actively involved with First-Year Programs to pursue her passion for mentoring and easing the transition of first-year students. Most recently, she was selected to represent Framingham State University for the 29 Who Shine Award.

In May 2016, Brittany traveled on a one-week study tour to Copenhagen, Denmark to immerse herself in Danish design and culture. This transformative experience allowed her to  think about how different users interact with design and now, find how graphic design is part of her life every single day.
